Q: What is the price range regarding the difference color selection?

A: The price grades are identified by material purchasing cost.
The price ranges are (from luxury to economic):
Belgium imported engineering stones;
Star Galaxy;
Chinese Black;
……
Tan Brown;
Snow White;
 

Q: What is the thickness of the stone?

A: Normally, the standard granite top is 30mm thick. Also we are able to make it looking much thicker with doing miter joint after your enquiry.
 

Q: What is the guarantee and how to protect the granite bench tops?

A: The granite stone is very solid. It hardly breaks when using it properly (not hammering on it). We provide two year conditional guarantee (for stone joints) but not covering the stone broken when using. But we can replace it when broken with discount rates.
For granite tops, please avoid to burn or heat the surface directly (especial for the engineering stone) and ideally, it need surface wax once a year to make it shining. All products from us are sealed and waxed when installing. We can provide onsite service in Auckland area for you with minimum charges ($150-$200 regarding the distance) on enquiry.
 

Q: How to process it if I want to go ahead with and how long does it take?

A: All clients are required to pay 50% deposit before we start to work on your granite bench tops; and pay the rest 50% when you are totally happy and sign the satisfaction feedback after we finish the installation.
It takes 1-2 weeks to complete the installation (depending on how busy we are). (For one kitchen tops, it takes up to four days to compete it. Please let us know if urgently, we can try our best to meet your needs without any extra charges.)
